2 lb chicken breast
10 tbsp Mexican green sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp thyme
Salt & pepper
1 large Bruce avocado
2 tbsp cilantro + stem
1 Juice of lime
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp mayo

Directions
Step 1
Cube your chicken then marinate with the ingredients below.

½ tsp thyme

Step 2
Cook your chicken in a high heat pan on both sides until it reached an internal temperature of 165F.

In the same pan, add some oil, green Mexican sauce, red onions, green peppers, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Chop the chicken up, add in to the same pan and incorporate all together.

For the sauce, blend together the ingredients below.

Step 1
Add the chicken to a tortilla with cheese of your choosing. Fold in half and pan fry (or panini press) on each side so that the cheese melts. Enjoy!
