Step 1
Begin by marinating your chicken.
Step 2
Meanwhile prepare your peanut sauce.
Step 3
Cook your chicken in a wok.
Step 4
In the same wok, cook your mushrooms with lime juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

In the same wok, bring your peanut sauce to a boil, then let simmer for 3-4 mins.

To serve, add your cooked rice noodles to a bowl and then layer on chicken, mushrooms, won ton wrappers, carrots, broccoli, cabbage and green onion. Top with peanut sauce and sriracha.

Peanut Sauce
Step 1
Combine the ingredients below in a bowl.

Cube the chicken and season with the ingredients below.
1 lb chicken breast
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar
