Directions
Cauliflower Potato Mash
Step 1
Peel your potatoes and cut into fourths. Rough chop your cauliflower and boil them both until fork tender.

Add to a bowl with butter, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Then mash that up to your desired consistency.

Crispy Vinegar Chicken
Step 1
Chop up your chicken breast. Then add to a bowl with equal parts water, vinegar and salt. Soak this for 10-15 mins. No longer than 30 mins.

Meanwhile prepare the coating by combining the ingredients below in a bowl and mixing together well.
1 cup AP flour

Step 3
Coat the chicken in the flour mixture then fry in neutral oil for 7-8 mins so they become nice and crispy.

Step 1
Add the cauliflower potato mash to a bowl as the base. Top with green peas, corn, chicken, cheese, gravy of your choice, spring onions and enjoy!
