Ingredients
Chicken
4 chicken breast
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Montreal spice
1 tsp dried parsley
½ tsp mustard powder
to taste salt and pepper
1 lemon
3 tsp mayonnaise
Dijon Dill Sauce
7 white mushrooms
½ tsp soy sauce
2 clove garlic
¼ bouillon cube
3 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp white sugar
2 tbsp dill
1 cup coconut milk
¼ tsp garlic powder
⅛ tsp tumeric
Directions

Step 1
Season chicken breast with spices.

Add juice of 1/4 lemon and mayonnaise, rub all in.

Sear chicken breast in a high heat pan until cooked all the way through.
Step 4
To plate, cut up chicken and serve on top of jasmine rice with sweet red peppers, green beans, a little bit of the Dijon Dill Sauce, and enjoy!
Dijon Dill Sauce
Step 1
In same pan that you cooked chicken in, cook mushroooms.Add in minced garlic, soy sauce, and chicken bouillon.
7 white mushrooms
½ tsp soy sauce
2 clove garlic
¼ bouillon cube
Step 2
Add in dijon mustard, brown sugar, and white sugar, then cook that down.
3 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp white sugar
Step 3
Add some fresh dill, coconut milk, garlic powder, turmeric, and bring to a boil and simmer until thick.

Step 4
Finish off sauce with juice of 1/4 lemon.
