Ingredients

½ lime
½ whole garlic clove
2 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp herb seasoning
salt & pepper
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 tbsp butter
Maple Butter Glaze
⅓ cup maple syrup
3 tbsp melted butter
2 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp soy sauce
½ lime, juiced

Directions
Whole chicken
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 470F.
Step 2
Stuff your whole chicken with lime and garlic.

Pat your chicken dry, season with mustard powder, garlic powder, herb seasoning, salt, pepper and avocado oil.

Take the seasoning that clumps up on your chicken, add to melted butter and then brush onto the chicken.

Bake in the oven at 470F for 25-30 mins until you get a nice crust.
Step 6
Cover with aluminum and bake at 470F for another 25-30 mins. Meanwhile, prepare your glaze.

Brush on your maple butter sauce across the entire chicken. Bake for another 15-20 mins at 470F. And that's it, enjoy!
Maple Butter Glaze
Step 1
Melt the butter and combine with the rest of the ingredients, mixing well.
