1 ½ lb chicken thigh boneless
1 stalk of parsley
1 stalk of cilantro
½ yellow onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp red pepper flakes
½ tsp cayenne
¼ cup olive oil
½ tsp honey
½ lemon (juice)

Step 1
Add the ingredients below to a food processor and pulse to your liking.

Transfer that chimichurri mixture to a bowl and add in olive oil, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Add in your chicken and let marinate for a few hours.
