18 jumbo raw shrimps
1 cloves garlic
½ tsp red pepper flakes
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp coriander seeds
¼ tsp tomato paste
½ tbsp avocado oil
¼ cup water
1 ½ tsp arrowroot starch
1 tsp sriracha
1 tsp honey
½ tsp soy sauce
½ lime juice
salt and pepper

Directions
Step 1
Start by grinding garlic, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, paprika, and coriander seeds in a mortar and pestle.

Add in tomato paste and avocado oil, mix together.

Toss your shrimp in seasoning paste along with salt and pepper, rubbing it all in.

Step 4
Add your shrimp to a high heat pan until it's cooked all the way through.
Step 5
For the sauce, combine the ingredients below in a saucepan. Simmer the sauce for a few minutes until it's thick and then remove from heat.

Step 1
Serve over a bed of rice with thinly sliced cucumber, avocado and lime. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
