1 ½ lb chicken breast
1 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp honey

Step 1
Cube your chicken then mix well and let marinate for 1 hour in the ingredients below.

Meanwhile being on you pineapple salsa by dicing your red onion, pickled jalapeño, red pepper and bell pepper. Sautée the bell pepper briefly.

Step 3
Cut your pineapple into round slices. Grill on each side until charred. Then finely dice.

Combine grilled pineapple, green pepper, red pepper, red onion and pickled jalapeño together and mix well for your pineapple salsa. Add in salt and pepper to taste.

Add the chicken to skewers then place on the grill for 8-12 minutes or until it reaches an internal temp of 165F.
