Caprese Panini

Grill your chicken breast and roast your red peppers in a pan.

Grab two slices of garlic and sea salt bread then spread pesto onto one slice and lemon aioli onto the other.

Stack your sandwich with spinach, grilled chicken breast, roasted bell peppers and provolone cheese.

Close your sandwich up and spread a think layer of mayonnaise onto the outside of your bread.

Transfer to a hot panini press and cook until it's nice and golden brown. Enjoy!
