Ingredients

2 lobster tail

2 tbsp butter

¼ tsp paprika

¼ tsp cayenne

¼ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp dried parsley

Salt & pepper

¼ lemon, juiced

Directions

Step 1

Trim the bottom your lobster tail. Then cut a slit down the center of the shell until you reach the end of the tail. Part the shell in half, exposing the meat.

Step 2

Combine the butter, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt and pepper together.

Step 3

Brush the butter mixture onto both sides of the lobster.

Season with more salt, bake at 405F for 12-15 mins.

Squeeze lemon juice on the lobster, brush with additional butter and enjoy!
