Ingredients

1 yellow onion grated

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp cayenne

¼ tsp black pepper

½ tsp salt

1 lb ground beef 30:70

swiss cheese

sriracha

mayo

butter lettuce

roma tomato

pickles

ketchup

hamburger bun

Directions

Step 1

Grate your onion and mix together with ground beef, salt, pepper, cayenne, garlic powder and paprika.

Step 2

Form the ground beef mixture into patties.

Step 3

Pan fry with slices of onion, flipping half way through and adding your choice of cheese on top. Cover with a lid to help melt the cheese.

Step 4

Toast your bun. Add sriracha mayo to one side, the burger, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles ketchup and finally, your top bun.
