1 ½ cup yogurt

1 tbsp tahini

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 cloves garlic minced

¼ cup water

Step 1

Begin by preparing the chickpeas.

Step 2

Next, prepare the beef.

Step 3

While the beef cooks, prepare the white sauce.

Step 4

Layer it together in a bowl, starting with crispy bread, chickpeas, white sauce and then meat.

Step 5

Garnish with parsley, pomegranate seeds, toasted pine nuts and chili powder.

Step 1

Boil your chickpeas in water for 15 mins.

Add cumin, garlic and salt. Set aside.

Cook down your onion (chopped.)

Add in ground beef, oil, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, allspice, salt and pepper. Pan fry on med heat until cooked through.

Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
