Some smart people spread only in the center of the bread slices to save the trims without peanut butter or jelly to make croutons and other things. But here is a great idea so you can intentionally spread the whole slice of bread and have a delicious dessert

Peanut Butter & Jelly Bread Pudding

PB&J sandwich trims (if you don’t spread the whole slice, do it or use  sandwiches)

Butter spray or soft butter to grease the oven  safe dish

Cut in small pieces all the trims of the sandwiches and add them to a butter-greased oven-safe dish, trying not to leave empty spaces. 

Mix the warm milk and the sugar in a bowl until the sugar dissolves, and add the vanilla, cinnamon, and eggs and mix well. 

of peanuts (optional but highly recommended)

Add the peanuts to the dish with the trims, and then pour all over the egg mix; press every piece of bread with a spoon to ensure everything gets soaked with the mix. 

Cover with thin foil and bake at 380 for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for 10-15 minutes for a golden brown color. 

Add the peanut butter to a zip bag and microwave for 30 seconds; spread the jelly on top of the pudding, then drizzle the peanut butter. Eat warm or cold.
