This recipe is so easy, but one of my favorite ways of making "Pollo asado," or grilled chicken, in English. the salsa Valentine is a great shortcut because of the blend of spices and peppers, and will be a great marinade for your chicken and even seafood!

Grilled Butterfly Chicken Drumsticks

Cut open the chicken drumsticks on butterfly way, add them to a bowl or a tray, and season with salt to taste; then add all the ingredients and marinate for at least one hour or much better overnight.

Place them on the grill with the open side down and cook for 5 minutes; turn them up and cook for another 5 minutes; if you see blood or juices coming out still, turn them open side down and cook for one more minute; the internal temperature should be at 165 F or over.
