This is inspired of course in the Chinese green bean and ground beef stir fry that I love so much. I though on making this but like if I was cooking picadillo (Mexican ground beef dish) Although it’s so simple and may not look Mexican, it has what I will normally add into my Mexican ground beef that has vegetables like potatoes, carrots and peas. 

Green Beans and Ground Beef Stir Fry

of Long green beans (regular fresh green beans are ok too)

In a wok or pot, add cooking oil (enough to deep fry the green beans) and put it on high, wait until the oil gets very hot and carefully add the green beans, you might need an oil splatter guard just for safety, ensure the green beans are well dried before throwing them in the oil; fry for 4 minutes, remove and let them in a strainer inside a bowl. Remove all the oil from the wok or pot to use it next or use another one. 

In a bowl add the meat and all the spices with the jugo maggi, and mix well

add the seasoned meat in the wok or pot with just enough oil to cook, break the big pieces of meat with the spoon or a potato masher. add the garlic and stir, when the meat is fully cooked add the green beans and cook for 2-3 minutes stirring constantly.
