This pie is a fusion between Asian and American cuisines. It’s so good and easy to make!

 Cheesy Turkey and Zucchini Pie

In a bowl season the meat with the salt, black pepper, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.

add about 3 tbsp of sesame oil to a skillet and then the meat, when is about done, add the serrano peppers and green onions both sliced, and remove from the heat and cool down.

Slice very thin the zucchini longwise. Best way to do it is using  by the mandoline but you can carefully do it with a knife and using 2 flat wood sticks or any other flat sticks not thicker that a coin, placing the zucchini in a flat surface and the two sticks on each the side and slicing the knife having the sticks as a guide.

In a 10-inch round baking pan, grease the bottom with sesame oil and add parchment paper. Place one piece of premade pie crust on the bottom of the pan; Poke several holes with a fork, and add a layer of meat and some cheese; repeat two times more.

Cover the top with the other piece of premade pie crust and poke some holes on it with a fork, brush sesame oil on top and garnish with sesame seeds. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until pies crust is golden brown.

When done, carefully transfer it into a serving plate.
