Fresas con crema (strawberries & cream) are a popular dessert/snack in Mexico, and you find them whole in a cup, in a popsicle, and in Bolis, which are ice sticks. Find the sealer and the bolis bags in my Amazon storefront in the link of my bio, in the list “kitchen stuff.” If you want to make the adult version, add rum! This mix could also be made into popsicles.

Bolis de Fresa

Wash the strawberries, cut off the leaf on each of them, and chop them off. 

Add them to the blender with the rest of the ingredients. I blended everything in parts because I couldn’t fit everything in my blender, then mixed it all. 

Pour the mix into plastic bags for ice sticks, and tie or seal them off. 

Freeze them for at least 6 hrs or overnight.
