Bulgarian Lavender Essential Oil

French Lavender Essential Oil

Bergamot Essential Oil

Chamomile Essential Oil

Tools

Diffuser

glass bowl or mixing bowl,

Cotton Ball

Directions

Step 1

Take 4 drops of Bulgarian Lavender Essential oil, add 4 drops of French Lavender oil, add 3 drops bergamot essential oil and 2 drops chamomile essential oil. Mix oils pure do not add anything to the blend. Add to diffuser depending on the size, 6 drops for 4 hour time. If you do not have a diffuser place 4 drops of the complete blend on a cotton blah and stick in your pillow. Safe for children.
