Ingredients

2 chorizos

1 tbsp cooking oil

½ onion

1 ½ cup gnocchi

3/4C water

1/4C cream

1/3C tomato sauce

1 tbsp gochujang

1 tbsp sugar

½ grated cheddar

1/3C grated parmesan

Step 1
Slice up some onion and set aside.

In a large oiled pan, fry up the chorizos completely and cut them into bite sizes. Take them out of the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, sweat out the onion then add in water, gochujang, sugar and tomato sauce. Bring it to boil then lower the heat to medium and to reduce the sauce for about 5 minutes.

Add in cream and cooked chorizo from earlier and bring it back to boil. Then add in gnocchi, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until gnocchi is cooked on medium heat. Stir consistently. Turn off the heat and finish it off by adding in the grated cheese and combine well.

Serve with an extra garnish of grated parmesan on top. Enjoy!
