Ingredients

120 g butter

150 g white sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

200 g all purpose flour

1/2tsp baking powder

1/2tsp baking soda

1 tbsp matcha powder

1/4tsp salt

200 g cream cheese

100 g sugar

1 tsp vanilla

120 g heavy cream

Step 1
1. Beat butter and sugar together until light and creamy, then add egg and vanilla extract, mix until combined.

2. Sift together all dry ingredients and add to the wet ingredient bowl. Mix until combined.

1/2tsp baking soda

3. Portion cookie dough with ice cream scooper on to a plate with parchment paper. Chill overnight or until they become solid.

4. Bake at 180c for 10-11 minutes, or you can check but touching the edge of cookie and it should set. Let the cookies cool on the rack.

5. Mix together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Set it aside while whisking heavy cream until soft peak. Combine both of them together (dont mix everything together like it did, it was flat and not fluffy at all! I was lazy 🥲)
