Ingredients
1 lb Skirt steak
½ cup fresh orange
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Splash of lime juice
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground coriander
1 packet of Sazon seasoning
¼ cup brown sugar
For the Tacos

Diced onions, cilantro, and lime juice
Directions
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, Sazon seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Step 2
Place the steak in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, but ideally for 2-4 hours.
Step 3
Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and pat it dry.
Step 4
Grill or cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness and your desired doneness.
Step 5
Let the steak rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain.
Step 6
Warm the tortillas on the grill or in a skillet.
Step 7
Fill each tortilla with sliced steak and your choice of toppings like onions, cilantro, guacamole, and a squeeze of lime.
