Ingredients
2 lbs. pork chops
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. Salt ( to taste)
1 tsp. Ground pepper
1 tsp. Onion powder
1 tsp. Garlic powder
2 tsp. Butter
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
Step 1
Season the pork chops with salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with extra virgin oil.

Sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Reduce the heat to medium low heat an add butter and chopped garlic.

2 tsp. Butter
Step 5
Once the garlic is almost translucent add the honey and soy sauce to the skillet.

¼ cup honey
Step 6
Place the porkchops back to the skillet and let simmer in the sauce for about 4-5 minutes.
Step 7
Remove pork chops from and let them rest for about 2-3 minutes.
Step 8
