Drizzle oil and salt over 2 garlic nos and wrap it in a foil sheet. Bake it in preheated oven for about 40 minutes until garlic is tendered.

Mash tendered garlic, red chili flakes, salt, pepper, chopped parsley in a bowl and mix well.

Cut french bread loaf in half lengthwise.

Spread this mixture over a French bread slice and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.

mozzarella or triple cheddar cheese ( preferable fresh grated)

Drizzle some more grated cheese and bake again until cheese is melted.
