1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced

1 onion, diced

1 bell pepper, diced

1 tsp. Garlic powder

1 tsp. Onion powder

2 tsp Cajun seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

8 egg roll wrappers

8 slices of provolone cheese

Oil for frying

Directions

Step 1

In a pan, cook seasoned ribeye steak with some oil until it's browned. Remove from the pan and let it cool.

2 tsp Cajun seasoning

1 tsp. Garlic powder

1 tsp. Onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced

Step 2

In the same pan, cook the diced onion and bell pepper until they're tender.

Step 3

Add the cooked steak back into the pan and mix it with the onions and bell peppers. Add salt and pepper to taste.

1 onion, diced

1 bell pepper, diced

Step 4

Place a spoonful of the filling onto an egg roll wrapper and add a slice of provolone cheese on top of the filling.

Step 5

Roll the wrapper around the filling and cheese, tucking in the sides as you roll.

8 egg roll wrappers

8 slices of provolone cheese

Step 6

Heat oil in a deep fryer or a pot until it reaches 350°F.

Step 7

Fry the egg rolls, a few at a time, until they're golden brown. This usually takes about 3-4 minutes per egg roll.

Step 8

Remove the egg rolls from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Step 9

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
