Ingredients
2 lb. chicken wings
2 tbsp. chicken bouillon
1 tbsp. slap ya momma seasoning
2 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. onion powder
1 tsp. sazon seasoning
1 tsp black pepper

¼ cup of distilled vinegar
for the Buttermilk Soak
2 cups Buttermilk
¼ cup Louisiana hot sauce
3 cups of flour
¼ cup corn starch

Step 1
Clean chicken with water and 1⁄4 Cup of distilled vinegar.

Pat chicken wings dry with a paper towel.
Step 3
Add Chicken bouillon, SVM, Garlic powder, Onion Powder, Black pepper over chicken.

In a large bowl, combine the buttermilk with the salt, black pepper, and cayenne.

In a large bowl, combine the buttermilk with hot sauce, and seasoned chicken. Let marinate in fridge for about 2-3 hours.

In a separate bowl add flour and cornstarch together.

Coat chicken in flour mixture.
Step 8
Heat oil to 350F.

Place chicken in hot oil and cook for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown.

Drain on a paper towel.
