Ingredients
2 lb. chicken wings
2 tbsp. chicken bouillon
tbsp. I slap ya momma seasoning
2 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. onion powder
tsp. I sazon seasoning
tsp I black pepper
Buttermilk Soak
2 cups Buttermilk
¼ cup Louisiana hot sauce
3 cups of flour
¼ cup corn starch
Directions
Step 1
1. Clean chicken with water and ¼ Cup ofdistilled vinegar.
Step 2
2. Pat chicken wings dry with a paper towel. Add Chicken bouillon, SVM, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Black pepper over chicken.
Step 3
4. In a large bowl, combine the buttermilk with the salt, black pepper, and cayenne.
Step 4
5. In a large bowl, combine the buttermilk with hot sauce, and seasoned chicken. Let marinate in fridge for about 2-3 hours.
Step 5
6. In a separate bowl add flour and cornstarch together. Coat chicken in flour mixture.
Step 6
8.Heat oil to 350F. Place chicken in hot oil and cook for 7-8minutes or until golden brown.
Step 7
10. Drain on a paper towel. Serve and enjoy!
