Ingredients
2 lbs. Catfish fillets
1 teaspoon butter
2 teaspoon Blackened seasoning
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
½ teaspoon of dried thyme
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon ground pepper
½ kosher salt
Directions
Step 1
Season and rub both sides of the catfish fillets.

Step 2
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of butter . Once the butter is melted, add the catfish fillets.

Cook the catfish for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until it's blackened and cooked through.
