Ingredients

2 lbs beef tips ( stew meat)

1 tps. onion powder,

1 tsp. garlic powder

2 tsp. All purpose seasoning

packet Liptons beef soup

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups beef broth

2 tsp. Flour

Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add seasoned beef tips and cook until browned on all sides.

1 tsp. garlic powder

2 tsp. All purpose seasoning

1 tps. onion powder,

2 tablespoons olive oil

Step 3

3. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.

Step 4

4. Add onions and garlic to skillet and sauté until onions are translucent.

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 onion, chopped

Step 5

5. You can create a roux by sprinkling flour over the onions/garlic in the pot. Then, you'll need to stir the mixture together and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes. This will help thicken your dish! (Medium low heat)

6. Add beef broth and Liptons beef soup mix to the pan.

2 cups beef broth

Salt and pepper, to taste

Step 7

7. Add beef tips back to skillet.

Step 8

8.Reduce heat and simmer on low for about an hour. Or until meat is tender.

Step 9

9. Serve hot over rice and enjoy!
