Bang Bang Chicken Bites 

To prepare the sauce, mix all the ingredients for the sauce together in a bowl and set aside.

chicken breasts (boneless, skinless, cut into small)

In a medium bowl, mix cornstarch, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and the remaining ingredients. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl, toss to make sure each piece is coated in the batter and set aside.

Heat oil in a deep fryer or large saucepan to 375. Cook wings for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. 

Transfer chicken to a large bowl. Drizzle bang bang sauce over chicken and toss to coat.
