15 g oats or oat flour

¼ tsp baking soda

5 g unsweetened cocoa powder

1g (1/4 tsp) zero calorie sweetener

80 g egg whites

30 g pumpkin pureé

10 ml sugar free maple syrup

Step 1
Blend oats using a food processor or bullet blender into an oat flour, or use store-bought oat flour.

15 g oats or oat flour
Step 2
Whisk together all dry ingredients to avoid clumping.

Mix the rest of the wet ingredients into the dry until fully combined.

80 g egg whites

30 g pumpkin pureé

10 ml sugar free maple syrup

Spray your mini waffle maker with non-stick cooling spray lightly. Pour two tablespoons of the batter at a time and cook for 1 to 2 minutes a time. This made 8 waffles for me.
