I'm Joris de Kock, recipe developer and the person behind Le Cocque, where 300,000+ people follow along for plant-based food that actually tastes like something.

When I went vegan I was excited and completely lost. Every recipe I found was bland, used ingredients I'd never heard of, or looked nothing like the photo. So I started making my own. Simple meals I actually wanted to eat again. I shared them online, people showed up, and now here we are.

This is for anyone who's ended up with beige sadness on a plate. Anyone who's picked up a block of tofu and had no idea what to do with it. Anyone who wants to eat more plants without it becoming a whole thing.

I'm based in the Netherlands, shoot all my own content, and drink a probably irresponsible amount of coffee.
