Step 1
Pour vegetable oil over sugar and stir until dissolved. Set aside.

Beat the egg. Add the sugar mixture and beat until well combined.

Weigh the undyed batter and divide into equal portions. Dye each a different color and transfer into icing bags.

Pipe this batter across the top of your raw brownie batter in straight lines and then drag a toothpick through your colored batter to marble it into your brownies.
