2 big slices bread/brioche

50 gr of butter

20 gr of brown sugar

1 tbs honey

sprinkle of salt

½ cup Whipping cream

Vanilla bean powder

1 sdm madu

sejumput garam

Step 1

Trim the edges of the bread, set aside

Step 2

in a bowl add butter, brown sugar stir until evenly distributed, add honey and salt.

Step 3

Spread on the bread evenly, place on the oven tray and bake for 10 minutes, when it is 7 minutes turn the bread to bake for another 5-7 minutes.

Step 4

transfer the bread to a cooling rack, let stand for 10 minutes let the coating harden

whip whipping cream add vanilla bean powder.

Step 6

serve with whipping cream and caramel sauce.

oleskan pada roti merata, letakkan di atas tray oven dan panggang selama 10 menit, saat sudah 7 menit balikkan roti panggang lagi selama 5-7 menit.
