This ain’t your average pasta: it’s rich with umami, citrus & the good kind of funk. My xl ziti noodles with miso-gochujang charred lime sauce is a party for your taste buds. How did I come up with this Asian & Italian fusion? I honestly do not know. However, it incorporates some of my favorite ingredients that I use on a regular basis. A mash-up like this was bound to happen sooner or later. Best part? the ziti noodles are literally the length of my forearm, no exaggeration.
