Directions
Step 1
Make the dry rub by combining all of the ingredients. Set aside. Pat the wings dry. Lightly drizzle with oil. Coat with baking powder followed by 1 1/2 - 2 tablespoons of coffee rub. Ensure that the wings are well coated.

1 tbsp chili powder

1 ½ tsp ground cumin

1 ½ tsp salt

1 tsp ground black pepper

½ tbsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp dried oregano

pinch of red pepper flakes

2 lb chicken wings

2 tbsp avocado oil

2 tbsp baking powder
Step 2
Place wings in air fryer at 205°C for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through–you want them extra crispy. While chicken is frying, prepare sauce. While the wings cook, prepare the smoky taco sauce. Add the wings to a bowl, drizzle with smoky taco sauce & toss well to coat. Pair with your favorite taco sauces: queso, sour cream and/or guacamole for dipping.
