Ingredients
1 loaf Italian bread
3 heads of garlic
8 tbsp butter, softened
2 ½ tbsp calabrian chili spread
1 c shredded mozzarella
½ tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
2 tbsp hot honey
pepper

Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Cut ¼-inch from the top of the heads of garlic. Drizzle ½ tablespoon of avocado oil onto the top of each head of garlic. Season with a bit of salt & pepper. Wrap the heads of garlic in foil, place on a baking sheet & roast in the oven for 55 minutes. Once finished baking, allow to cool.

Step 2
Squeeze the garlic into a bowl. Add the butter, calabrian chili spread as well as the salt & pepper, to taste. Mix & mash well.

Step 3
Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise & spread on the garlic-butter-chili paste. Place on a baking sheet, top with mozzarella cheese & bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
