Ingredients
1 ½ lbs new york strip
1 ½ tbsp avocado oil
½ tbsp garlic powder
¾ tsp white pepper
1 tsp low sodium soy sauce
pinch of salt
1 ½ tbsp truff black truffle oil
5 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, finely minced
2 tbsp parmesan, finely grated
1 tbsp chives, finely chopped

Directions
Step 1
Pat the steak dry, trim off excess fat & cut into cubes, 1-1 1/2 in thick. Add the steak to a bowl. Drizzle with avocado oil then season with garlic powder, white pepper, soy sauce & salt. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Place the steak in the air fryer ensuring that the basket isn’t overcrowded. Cook for 4 minutes or until desired doneness, flipping halfway through.

Step 2
While steak cooks, prepare the sauce. Warm the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic & parmesan then cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Add the chives. Remove from the heat & add truffle oil.

Drizzle steak with sauce & toss. Air fry at 425°F for 4 minutes. Drizzle with sauce again. Garnish with flaky salt & chives. Toss. Serve alongside truffle aioli for dipping, if desired.
