8 oz goat cheese, room temperature
6 oz whipped cream cheese, room temperature
4 oz mascarpone
lavender infused honey
¼ c extra virgin olive oil
2 - 3 tbsp white sugar
1 tsp salt

Directions
Step 1
To a food processor, add goat cheese, cream cheese, mascarpone, olive oil & salt. Pulse until very smooth & creamy. Spread mixture into a baking dish & cover with foil.

Step 2
Bake at 350° F for 10 minutes, remove foil & top with sugar. Brûlée until sugar has melted & turned golden.

Drizzle with lavender honey & serve with crusty bread for dipping.
