Ingredients
for the chicken bites
2 eggs
3 chicken breasts
¾ c panko
¼ c cornstarch
1 ¼ tbsp five spice powder
½ tbsp garlic powder
½ tsp white pepper
1 tsp salt
for the chili crunch sesame sauce
⅓ c momofuku chili crunch
⅛ c sesame oil
for the yum yum sauce
½ c mayonnaise
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp ketchup
½ tsp five spice
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp water

Step 1
For the chicken bites
Step 1
Slice three chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes. Set aside. Set up a dredging station: in a bowl whisk the eggs & in another bowl mix the panko, cornstarch & spices. Dip the chicken into the egg then panko mix; ensure that all sides of the chicken are well coated. Air fry the chicken at 375°F for 15 minutes. Prepare sauces while chicken cooks.

Step 2
Once cooked, drizzle chicken bites with chili crunch-sesame sauce. Toss well to coat. Serve alongside yum yum sauce.

For the chili crunch-sesame sauce
Step 1
In a bowl whisk together, chili crunch & sesame oil until well combined. Set aside.

For the yum yum sauce

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, ketchup, five spice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, rice wine vinegar & water. If you prefer a thinner sauce, add additional water. Chill for 5-15 minutes.
