Q: Is your name really "Ramsy"?
A: Unfortunately, no! My full name is Jordan Halley

Q: How old are you?
A: I am 20 years old and my Birthday is 02/26/03!

Q: Where are you based?A: I'm originally from Wilmington, DE but currently live in Baltimore County, Maryland, and have since around 2009!

Tuscan Chicken with Cream Sauce

Heat a large skillet to medium-high heat. Add olive oil and butter. Then sear seasoned chicken breast on both sides 3-5 minutes or until blackened. One fully cooked set aside.

In the same pan add butter and all of the listed ingredients. Stir and sauté for 2 minutes. Add in garlic and sauté for an additional 1 minute.

Season to taste with garlic powder, pepper, Italian herbs, and dried rosemary.

Add the chicken drippings and bring sauce to a low simmer. Slowly stir in parmesan until thick and creamy sauce forms. Add in spinach and mix.

Add the cooked chicken back in and simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes. 

Once done, garnish with additional parmesan and parsley. Serve and enjoy!

To a small bowl combine the listed spices. Mix well.

To the chicken breast generously season with the spice blend on all sides. Add a few drizzles of olive oil. Lightly rub in and set aside.
