Ingredients
Chicken
2 lbs chicken breast
1 head broccoli, chopped (about 4 cups)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp black pepper
Rice or mashed potatoes, optional
Cream Sauce
1 small onion, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 cup heavy cream
1 ½ cup chicken broth

Step 1
Pound chicken breasts thin (1/2 inch). Drizzle with olive oil, then seasonings. Massage to combine.
Step 2
If making rice or potatoes, cook at anytime.
Step 3
Cook chicken over medium high heat for about 5 minutes on each side. Should reach 165° F
Step 4
Cook broccoli separately to allow it to release its liquid.
Step 5
Once chicken is done, remove from pan and let rest. Add olive oil to pan and sauté onion until softened. Add in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Step 6
Add in cream, broth, spices and seasonings. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened. Reduce heat, add in broccoli and sliced chicken. Serve & enjoy!
