A delicious and nutritious dinner recipe that can be prepared quickly and easily any night of the week. It's nothing special, but it goes to show you how you can throw something healthy together in a short amount of time.

Quick and Healthy Chicken Breast with Cream Sauce

Pound chicken breasts thin (1/2 inch). Drizzle with olive oil, then seasonings. Massage to combine.

If making rice or potatoes, cook at anytime.

Cook chicken over medium high heat for about 5 minutes on each side. Should reach 165° F

Cook broccoli separately to allow it to release its liquid.

Once chicken is done, remove from pan and let rest. Add olive oil to pan and sauté onion until softened. Add in garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add in cream, broth, spices and seasonings. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened. Reduce heat, add in broccoli and sliced chicken. Serve & enjoy!
