A perfect quick weeknight dinner full of flavor in every bite. Use the homemade sourdough french loaves and you just might have the perfect dinner.

QUICK AND EASY DINNER — CHOPPED ITALIAN SANDWICH

Drizzle chicken with olive oil. Season with spices and herbs.

Heat pan to medium high heat. Cook chicken until done…6-7 minutes each side.

Add chicken and all remaining ingredients to a large dish or a large cutting board. Chop with a knife…I used a bench scraper.

Slice your loaves from front to back. Once chopped to a desired consistency, begin filling your loaf with Italian mixture.

Cut into serving portions. Serve and enjoy!
