Quick, easy, healthy, and delicious lemon pepper chicken recipe that can be cooked in one pan. Perfect for a family meal and a weeknight dinner.

Perfect atop some rice or mashed potatoes!

LEMON PEPPER CHICKEN

Combine juice from one whole lemon, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. Stir to combine.

Add chicken to bowl, mix until fully coated. Cover and place in fridge to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat pan to medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides—6-7 minutes each side. Remove from pan and set aside.

Deglaze pan with juice from remaining lemon. Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly until heated through. Add in Parmesan cheese and a pinch or two of pepper. Stir until cheese is melted and combined with cream.

Slide chicken, lay atop a bed of rice, pour lemon pepper sauce on top.
