Sure, you can buy guacamole from the store, but no one makes it like I make it. So homemade it is, and my family is all the more grateful for it. Here’s to a year filled of growing your recipe repertoire and making more delicious meals and foods at home with quality ingredients.

HOMEMADE GUACAMOLE

I recommend using a food processor if you have one…because why not save yourself the time?

finely dice your tomatoes, onions, garlic, and cilantro. *Finely dice jalapeños if using.

Scoop out your avocados. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mash.

Season with salt and pepper to your liking.

If you’re a family of 6 who loves guacamole like my family, then this won’t last more than a few hours. Otherwise, cover and store in the fridge to keep fresh! Enjoy!
