A delicious recipe for homemade BBQ and buffalo chicken flatbreads that are perfect for a family meal. Also, a perfect weeknight meal because from start to finish it takes only 30-40 minutes

Homemade BBQ + Buffalo Chicken Flatbreads

Pound chicken breasts thin. Sprinkle both sides with seasoning above.

Add olive oil to a large pan and fry chicken breasts for 5 minutes on both sides.

Preheat oven to 375°. If making your sauces, combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and pour into a heat safe jar.

Once chicken is done, place into a cutting board and slice into strips.

Spread sauce on flatbreads. Top with chicken. Spread cheese on top. Place into oven until edges of bread are golden brown. Top with more BBQ or hot sauce and ranch.
