A delicious recipe for chicken breasts topped with fresh bruschetta and provolone cheese. The balsamic paired with the fresh tomatoes, melty cheese, and juicy chicken is a match made in heaven!

Fresh Bruschetta + Provolone Topped Chicken Breasts

Prepare all your bruschetta ingredients and mix together.

Pound your chicken breasts to about a 1/2 inch thick and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Heat olive oil over medium heat and cook chicken breasts fully.

When done, top with bruschetta, provolone cheese, and broil in the oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese is melty and begins to brown.

Allow to cool for a few minutes. Serve and enjoy!
