Ingredients
2 slices sourdough bread
8 oz chicken breast
Salt
Black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 –2 slices favorite cheese
6 oz potatoes, shredded
2 eggs
1 tbsp @chosenfoods mayo
1 tsp strawberry jelly
1 tsp hot sauce
Directions
Step 1
Shred your hash browns. Put a little butter in a hot pan and arrange hash browns into a square (the size of the bread). Flip and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Step 2
Cook chicken on both sides—6-7 minutes each side, seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder.
Step 3
Cook eggs however you like them.
Step 4
Butter your bread and lay one slice buttered side down in a pan over low medium heat. Add cheese, chicken, hash browns, eggs, cheese (optional of course) and bread, buttered side up. Flip and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Step 5
Mix your dipping sauce ingredients (mayo, jelly, and hot sauce) together. Serve and enjoy!
