Super simple and delicious appetizer for French fry lovers who don't want to deep fry. These waffle fries are crispy, crunchy, and perfect for dipping!

Crispy Crunchy Waffle Fries

Grate your potatoes. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes.

Pour off water and add potatoes to a large towel. Squeeze as much excess liquid as you can.

Add potatoes back to bowl and mix evenly with corn starch, garlic powder, and salt.

Add about 1/3 cup of grated potatoes to your @bydash waffle maker and cook until it starts to brown.

Remove and set aside. Once you have a few done add them to an air fryer and cook at 400° for 3-4 minutes on each side to your desired doneness.
