My kids always jump for joy when I tell them I’m making these sloppy joes for dinner. And now YOUR KIDS CAN TOO!

A perfect weeknight dinner or for whenever you're in a hurry and want something quick, and much healthier than what you'd get from McDonald's. 

Copycat-ish Big Mac Sloppy Joes

In a skillet brown ground beef, then add onions and pickles and cook until they are tender.

Add mustard, ketchup, garlic powder, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Cover and bring to a simmer.

Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Adjust seasoning to taste. Make the Mac Sauce during this time.

Serve on buns with big mac sauce, then cheese, meat, lettuce, pickles, and cheese. Top with a little Mac sauce and the top bun.

Combine all ingredients and mix until combined.

mayonnaise — I only recommend @chosenfoods (made with avocado oil)
