Ingredients
Chicken
3 pounds chicken wings
2 pounds chicken legs
1 ½ tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tsp thyme
1 tbsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
Sauce
½ cup BBQ sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp hot sauce (optional if you don’t want them to be spicy)

Step 1
Place thawed chicken onto a cookie sheet and pat dry. This is ultimately optional, but it helps the skin crisp up better!
Step 2
Place chicken into a large bowl. Sprinkle with all the spices and massage into the chicken until it’s evenly covered.
Step 3
If using chicken wings and legs like I did, I prefer to place them onto two separate cookie sheets. Lining them with foil helps immensely with cleanup!
Step 4
Lay chicken onto the sheets, making sure not crowd them too much, so they can crisp up in the oven.
Step 5
Preheat oven to 400°. Bake for roughly 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°.
Step 6
Place all BBQ ingredients into a large bowl and stir to combine.
Step 7
Remove chicken oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Place chicken into the BBQ bowl and toss to coat.
Step 8
